I’m sent to “Subscription Management Portal” page wherein I enter my email address and reference number.
It kicks back a response that says, " Oops. We’re not able to find your license details right now.
Please contact support for more information (and show them this message so they can help)"
It’s been several days. Thus far, they have not helped. I’ve emailed… I’ve filled out the support form… there seems to be no other way to contact these folks.
You are not the only one very frustrated with the lack of Support at the moment, there are multiple complaints here daily about it and it’s been that way for a while now.
(Plus the ability to ‘manage’ your own subscription appears to have been turned off, and you just get an error message if you try).
This is a user help forum and we have no access to accounts and payment information here.
I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip about that:
Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more. While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.
