So all knowing board, what happened?

I ran a disk cleaner program from Fix-It Utilities 6, which was free after rebate one time from BestBuy. I sent the files to the RBin, however, for some reason they weren't there so I couldn't restore. During the cleaning, my processor (Pent IV with XP) gave this alarm code like four or five beeps twice. Then, like about every five minutes I was getting a single beep. I ran system restore, several Reg Cleaners and rebooted several times with no luck. I did several searches, finally finding a thread on a forum where some posters thought it might be a voltage or temp warning of some kind. I had some kind of beeps at work with Win 2000 and remembered finding all kinds of info on beeps but can't remember how I did the search. Anyway, my diagnostic lights were all green and everything was working fine, just the dang alarm every five minutes. I finally did scan disk, it didn't find any errors that I'm aware of, however now everything is fine. Any ideas what happened or what the scan did? I tell you though, I learned my lesson and won't use that Fix It again (I love CC)! Thank You!

There's some info here that may be of some help.
