Slow booting process after ccleaner/defraggler

Hi all,

I have run CCleaner and Defraggler in three computers. and after this, the booting process is slower than before. Up to the username/password windows, everything is OK, but after that, it takes some time (more than before) to display all the icons and desktop, and the hard drive activity les is blinking during all this process. Ideas? Suggestions? Thanks in advance.
