Skip User Account Control Warning

When I try to check the Skip User Account Control Warning, I get the following message.........The parameter is incorrect.

Any suggestions.

CC version?

admin or local account?

have you tried 'run as administrator'?

and why do you want to Skip UAC Warning?, are you trying to schedule a task?

Windows 8.1 64 bit

V 4.15 .4725 (64bit)

I'm almost sure it's an admin account.

Why do I want to skip the UAC warning?

On my old windows 7 PC, I was able to check the box. It's nothing major, just a little tweak.

I tried to run as administrator and it still won't let me check the box.

No I am not trying to schedule a task.

Perhaps try with the newest version.

The issue for this bug is usually fixed by changing the skip uac task in task scheduler to run as windows 7

I have the same problem.

OS: Windows 8.1 64bit

CCleaner: 5.01.5075
