I've never been a big fan of televised winter sports. Maybe the downhill an exception, and of course Ski Flying. Ski Jumping off a BIG hill.
Watched it live on Eurosport today, and it's amazing stuff.

I've seen this televised....it's so ridiculous....I'm a downhill skier, but not touching the ground for that long would scare the crap out of me.

I think ski jumping is pretty exotic in US. Although there has been some (decent) ski jumpers from USA.
Come on guys, one of the most famous Ski Jumpers was from the UK.
Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards. With a name like that, he could only be good.
