G’day, I ran CCleaner, Later I tried to click on the Short Cut icon for Netflix, I normally do that and can watch a movie on my computer. Now I have to log onto Netflix but I have a problem. It will not let me log on. Please could you tell me what happened? Cheers Perry
I would guess that you have cleared the “session” if you normally watch in a browser, or cleared the cookie that normally keeps you logged in.
Clearing a browser’s session will log you out of any sites that you were logged into.
Clearing a website’s/app’s login cookie will log you out of that particular site. (You can add sites to CCleaner’s ‘Allow List’ to prevent that).
In either case you should be able to just log in to the site/app again.
So if Netflix is not letting you log in again check your username and password for Netflix.
