Hi, My renewal for the Pro CCleaner has just been processed. I had CCleaner removed by accident when cleaning up my system.

I don't have the code to download the app again. I have put in my e-mail address to receive a replacement, but my e-mail address

isn't accepted or says no record of it. It's the one I used, and the one I received my notification informing me of my renewal .

Can you please help to fix the problem.

Try downloading the slim build from here (last in the list)

https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds

Then do Options ...Settings..About... and enter your licence number

That's what I cannot find my license number.
