I forgot to cancel the auto renewal and I’m trying to get a refund, at first they responded pretty fast but instead of refunding immediately i just got offered something else, after that they didn’t respond anymore, i sent two more emails and still haven’t gotten a response after 3 days, and now its past the 30 day refund time.
Its been five days and no response, i thought people who payed pro get faster responses? I tried to refund within my 30 days and they didnt refund and have been ignoring my emails, why did they steal my money?

CCleaner support is not live chat and can be slow (yes it’s annoying).
It sounds as if you have had an automated reply, but your request hasn’t got to a support person yet.
I’m afraid that you will just have to be patient and wait for support to reply - But I can give you a tip:
Once you have sent a request then don’t send further emails/requests until you get a reply from a support agent.
If you do then that will just slow things down even more.
While your request is in the queue waiting to get to a support person the queueing system will see any/all new communication from you as further information for your existing request, so adds it to the ones you have already sent and puts it all at the back of the queue again as one new request.
I have left it a week between each email asking for a refund. I am about to cancel my credit card and go through my bank. This is the worst service and it feels like a scam to me.

I also have requested my renewal to be cancelled. They responded with offers but since I replied to them that I still wanted to cancel, I have heard nothing. Distinct lack of customer service to me.
They did the same to me and it has been 33 days since I asked for a refund. I am never installing this product again.
