I am receiving an error message "Defraggler was unable to change the options" every time I try to schedule a drive defragmentation. I have tried a couple of drives and different frequencies / times of day.
Any ideas?

Did you try closing Defraggler and then try again ?
I have WinXP SP3 32-bit and no problems with it.
What are your specs ?
