One of the settings in "analyze" apparently removes something that keeps my scanner from running (says no scanner detected) - the printer operates fine. Usually I can re-boot and the scanner works but not always. I'm running Win10 Home. Any ideas? Thanks. -Bob
It appears the "scanner" DellDD1182 (noted in Control Panel) deactivates after running CCleaner - hopefully that helps someone tell me which option in CCleaner I should turn off. -Bob
Are we talking about an ordinary Ccleaner clean, or do you do a registry 'issues' clean as well?
I cannot find your scanner online, can you give a bit more info. Is it a laser printer and scanner? is it wireless?
