Scan process stuck at 78% on Realme 8 (Android 13)

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with CCleaner for Android. Whenever I run a scan, the process always gets completely stuck at 78% during the “Checking for junk files…” phase. Because of this, I am unable to perform both Quick Clean and Deep Clean.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried without success:

Reinstalling the application.

Ensuring I am using the latest version available.

Upgrading and trying the Pro Plus version.

Device Information:

Device: Realme 8

OS: Android 13

I have attached the screenshots showing the exact point where it freezes. Is there any workaround or fix for this bug?
