CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

First off let me say that I like CCleaner and have had no problems but I do have a question.

I have tried a few other programs similar to CCleaner and when I run them they seem to find way more issues.Is this something that is to be expected? Are all these programs basically the same or do they have their differences?
