Scammed out of money?

I cancelled my cc cleaner subscription however was still billed. I desperately need the money back, and my email to the support team got not response.

Support are currently taking a long time to reply, over a week is not unusual, even 2.

PS. Sending more that one email can slow things down even further.

(If you do that then they are automatically collected together by the software and treated as a new request at the date of the last one you sent, so at the back of the queue again).
