Saya membeli CCleaner Lisense Key selama 3 tahun tapi status software tidak berubah ke Profesional

Kenapa saya membeli Lisense CCleaner selama 3 tahun melalui pembayaran Kartu Kredit tetapi status software masih Free Software ya?

Padahal, billing Kartu Kredit saya atas pembayaran tersebut telah terdebet!

You should have received a licence key by email. (Dont forget to check you spam folder in case it’s ended up in there.

You need to enter that key to Activate CCleaner as Professional, for details see this link:

On your card bill who is the payment shown as being made to?

Did you receive any email at all from Cleverbridge?
(If not then you may have typed you email incorrectly, it happens surprisingly often that people type their own address wrongly. See below).

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending your request to support is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
This can happen if you have typed an incorrect email when purchasing.

As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the computer even shows your request to a support person.

PS. Sending more requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
