Hi A lot of registry errors found by CCleaner today after a Netframework 3.5 install and a Java runtime 6 update 10 upgrade.

I removed them and have a backup of them but I have not had to restore the backup as I have not noticed a problem yet.

yes its safe to remove them. It normally does that after install

Good day to one and all....I would like to know how long is it necesssary to keep the backups before deleting it.

I would say as long as your pc boots up OK and you don't notice any software acting strangely then a week would do (but on the other hand I still have one or two from several months ago - they don't take up much room and I can't be bothered to delete them).
