Running on a schedule

I've just downloaded this, and it's found a large number of fragmented files even though I ran the built-in vista one a couple of days ago.

I'm planning on running DF on a schedule, I was just wondering how often I should run it - is daily overkill? Will I get similar results if I defrag it weekly rather than daily?

I would say daily is definitely overkill. If you do a lot of editing, saving, deleting, and moving of files, I would say to defrag daily. If not, you can get away with going 2 weeks if not a month before truly seeing serious improvements from a defrag. Just my opinion!

That's great, I'll probably stick to doing it weekly then just to be on the safe side.. I do a fair bit of music ripping and converting.
