I have just installed CCleaner and notice as I was going to run the cleaner this message popped up.....
This process will permanently delete files from your system.
Are you sure you wish to proceed?
I am thinking this is normal, I am just using the suggested setting, so the "permanently deleted files" are things I will never need? I know this sounds like a simple/dumb question, must be cause I am left-handed, or something...........................
That is the normal popup box that you see when you run the cleaner.
I suppose you could say they may be only temp files etc, but they are files and will be deleted permanently.
If you have downloaded CCleaner and are using the default settings I don't think you need to worry
