Running CCleaner at startup

How do I configure CCleaner to run at startup?

If you mean run a clean at startup then in v6 it’s in Options>settings.

I don’t think that there is a similar option in v7, like Smart Cleaning and Scheduled Cleaning it appears to have been left out of v7 altogether.

Hi @TonyCzar,
This feature is currently not available in CCleaner 7.
If you’d like to see this feature added to CCleaner 7 in the future, please submit your suggestion via the Ideas Portal, located in the left-hand menu of the application. This helps us gauge interest and prioritize enhancements based on user feedback.

Methinks that YOU should have asked for users’ views on YOUR recent “enhancements”.

In my MANY decades of tech employment I have always found it helpful to ask users BEFORE making changes to systems that THEY have to use on a daily basis.

We held “focus groups” and LISTENED to the users.

Maybe Gen Digital could give them a try before screwing up a perfectly working application just because some idiot in management thinks that all of the group’s applications would look nice if they ALL had a similar “look and feel”.

NOT a good idea to let unqualified management make such decisions. It seems that they have screwed up things again - just as they have done with “Norton 360”.

ps. do you use AI for these “enhancements”? Yes? I thought so :face_with_symbols_on_mouth: .
