when 'run cleaner' is selected, the following run dll error box pops up:
error in inetcpl.cpl
missing entry:clearmytracksbyprocess.
This error message has cropped up for users over the years and I believe is caused by some corruption in the Inetcpl.cpl file.
You could try running the system file checker (you may need your operating cd for this)
Or you can try going here and letting Microsoft fix it automatically.
