after using the latest version after a full scan i found out it did not clean my run history like the old version did i regretted updating to the latest version FIX ASAP!!!

Please send me a screenshot of what you are referring to by the RUN command History, as I am not able to clean the Run history using CCleaner v6.39, so I want to confirm I understand what you are referring to.
Please also let me know what version of Windows you are using so I can try to replicate this as closely as I can.

If I open a Run dialog box (either Windows key + R or right-click the Start button and choose “Run”) the dropdown box maintains a pick list of commands I’ve recently entered.
I use CCleaner Free Portable v6.39 and when I run a Custom Clean I believe the option under Windows tab | Windows Explorer | Run (in Start Menu) must be enabled to purge that pick list.

and I confirm 7 Not cleaning Run on Windows 11 Beta, will check on Windows 11 Stable when my laptop is out of RAM surgery

Thanks for confirming we are talking about the same cleaning item.
I have reported this to the development team, and this should be fixed in a future update to CCleaner.
It is unlikely to make the 7.5 update, but I will keep you posted when I get more infomation.
