Run CCleaner from Context Menu - Not working

Ever since version v.5.45.6611, when I right-click on my Windows 7 Recycle bin and select Run CCleaner,

I see CCleaner running in the taskbar icon notification area for only 1 second, then it shuts down without emptying the Recycle Bin.

I have to do this as much as 8 times for it to work.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Until this is resolved, I have gone back to v.5.44.6575.
