I accidentally deleted this .blend (blender) file that had all sorts of 3d animations I was working on, anyway, I downloaded Recuva and it brought it back, or rather an older version of it. But I need the most recent version right before it was deleted. And by the way, some other files don't even show up in the deep scan.

format method: NTFS, FAT, other?
You won't get any more files back than Recuva shows in a deep scan, so if the latest version isn't found it probably isn't recoverable at all.
After running the deep scan, in Advanced Mode enter .blend in the filename/path box which will pick up all files with this extension. This will include files that have been deleted from the recycler and also those found by the deep scan but without having an identifiable file name. You could then recover those with the relevant size and last modified date and check to see if the latest version is there. If not then you're out of luck.
Some files not shown in deep scan? That's normal, some files are already lost.
