Resolution changes

When I open CCleaner, it always opens in low reolution (640 x 480). If I go to the internet through CCleaner, ( update, help, etc.) the browser comes up in low resolution also. I have my desktop set for 1024 x 768 default and I have to change the resolution back to 1024 x 768 from 640 x 480 after opening CCleaner. If I close CCleaner, my resolution goes back to 1024 X 768. I can't find anyplace in CCleaner to change this.

I am running Vista home premium sp1 with updates, and most recent CCleaner. I have another Vista PC and this problem is not on that computer. Also using IE 8, problem remains after updating from IE 7.

I went to docs.piriform.com/ccleaner for troubleshooting and I get an error message # 1245951373.510.4160071528. I don't know if this is related to the resolution problem or not.

Thanks

There seems to be a problem with the documentation site at the moment, sorry for that.

Right-click on CCleaner >> Properties >> Compatibility tab. Is there any checked boxes ?

I checked as indicated, and there was nothing checked, but I noticed the box that said show properties for all users, so I checked for the second of two desktops, and sure enough the low resolution was infact checked. I unchecked it and now it works fine. Thanks a million!

I also have no more problem getting onto docs.piriform.com/ccleaner.
