Requesting a Refund (For the THIRD time!)

I have sent in 3 requests for a refund. I keep getting ZERO responses. Not even a confirmation email like it says. The request reference number is: 23697996

My Cleverbridge reference number is: 511032347

I need this refund. I completely forgot I even had CCleaner in the first place. I managed to cancel my subscription (I think? It says deactivated.) Either way, I want my refund. This is getting ridiculous. I am currently out of work and moving, that $50 was all I had and I want it back. Please, do something about this!!!
