Dear developers, hello! I applied for a free trial of ccleaner 60 days ago.To be honest ,this software is indeed very good.However, I didn’t intend to use it for a long time and I forgot to cancel the auto subscription,I have emailed the customer service team for a refund,but I still have not received any reply untill today.I would so much appricated if I could get my money back within 30 days.

@Laurence_CCleaner Sorry for the bothering,they reply me right after your reply and I much appreciate about it.I emalied back as soon as I see the response ,they gave me two options and I choose the second ,but untill now still got no refund and I’m pretty sure they said “as smooth and fair as possible”. This is not what smooth as I imaged.I need this money pretty much so can you help me out again please.
