Every time I run health check I have to log in with user ID and password to frequently used sites such as Amazon, Facebook, my online newspaper etc. Why does this happen and how can I avoid this?
Sign into the sites, then close browser without running smart monitor clean. Next go to CCleaner options and choose cookies. Finally move the cookies you want to keep to the right hand side. I’m 85% sure healthcheck now uses this option, can’t be sure as i don’t use healthcheck i use custom clean
Open Health Check and run a scan.
In the scan results click on “Keep me Logged in on some websites”
You can now add cookies to the Allow/keep Cookies list, by selecting the button for your bookmarks, or for commonly used websites - or do both.
(If you want to add a particular website that isn’t already in your bookmarks or the common list there’s an option for that too).
On clicking one of the buttons you will then get a screen like this where you can put a tick next to the ones you want to keep, or tick the box at the top to select them all.

When you have selected what you want then click ‘Add to allowlist’ and then ‘Go back’.
Health Check will now no longer clear the cookies for the selected sites and so you should stay logged into them*.
*Just to note that if you also run Custom Clean, or Smart Cleaning, then you may need to make another change there if you are still being logged out of some sites.
Clearing a browsers ‘Session’ will log you out of any websites that you had logged into during that session.
So if you are still being logged out after allowing the cookies then make sure that ‘Session’ is unticked for all browsers in Custom Clean, eg.
