Reneweal error

My account renews in June and I have just renewed but the new expiry date is March 27 and not June 27. I have tried to access Live chat but get no response.

When you renewed was it less than 90 days to the expiry date?
And did you use the same email address as you had registered for the expiring licence?

If the answer to both those questions is ‘yes’ then give it a few days, it can sometimes take a while for the time remaining to get added on.

If the answer to either one of the questions is ‘no’ then you may have created a new account/subscription, in which case you should have been sent a new key.
If that has happened the you will have to contact support and ask for a ‘Licence Merge’ to get the time remaining on the old one added to the new one.

March 27 is 2-years away, subscriptions normally only renew for a year at a time - so I suspect that you may have purchased a new 2-year licence rather than renewing your old one.
