Removing PC HealthBoost

This malware was installed by the computer support company OMG. Needless to say I won't let them touch my PC again. But that's a whole nother story.

I have been using Google for the last 2 days trying to find a way to remove it from my Windows

XP computer. What happens is I get the message:

INTERNAL ERROR - Cannot run pchb305-1036nv.exe
