does CCleaner remove duplicate pictures?

CCleaner for Windows doesn’t include a dedicated duplicate photo detection feature.
However, you can use the Duplicate Finder tool to locate duplicate image files by adding common image file extensions (e.g., .jpg, .png, .bmp) under the Add > File Types section.
Please note that this tool compares files based on attributes like name, file size, or date modified—it does not analyze the actual image content, so visually similar images may not be detected.
