remove applications......?

Hallo

Been using ccleaner for years and love it...but have a new computer that have windows 7 64bit installed and i uninstalled google toolbar and office 2007 from add/remove program but ccleaner still show them in the tab "Applications" so how can i remove those entries in ccleaner???dont have them on the puter soo why have them in ccleaner=)?!?any kind soul that could help me thanks

Its probably because a few registry keys are left behind.

Copy/paste the following into Notepad (Start Menu >> type notepad in the Search box, and hit Enter), then File >> Save as.. >> type "programs.reg" (WITH the quotes - you can name it as you see fit, but the quotes must be there, and it must finish with .reg) into a folder of your choice.

Then double-click that file in Windows Explorer, and accept the prompt that will pop up.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\NavClient]
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0]

thanks a lot man awesome=))...its gone=))...ms office picture manager could you help me find that too...many thanks

Well...if you don't have any MS Office components on your computer, do the same as above with this:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office]

However, if you have another Office component you want to keep, there's no way to remove the Picture Manager from CCleaner. :(

thanks....i uninstalled office from add/remove and there is no program in add/remove that looks like it should belong too office..i hope=)

thanks a lot

It works great however you have to be extra careful to look over entries.
