after automatic update, it doesn’t work any more

Please describe exactly what you mean.
ie. Will it not install, will it not open, does it open but then freeze, something else?
it installs. when i launch it, i have to give authorisation to run it, but then nothing happens. running as administrator give the same result
Are you using an Antivirus/security other than the built in Windows ones?
yes: AVG antivirus
OK I suspect that the AVG is not recognising CCleaner 7 with it being new and so is blocking it from running.
Try making CCleaner 7 an exception or an ‘Allow’ in AVG, however AVG words it, and see if CCleaner 7 will run then.
even after complete disabling AVG, it don’t run.
I also got the first error after years, using 7,I do not like 7 at all, right from the beginning.
