Hello. I've been getting regular crashes when using defraggler on my Windows 7 Ultimate RTM x64 notebook. It crashes usually within 10 minutes of starting the defrag process (default settings, I haven't changed anything).
One thing I've noticed is that when I choose to manually select all the fragmented files and defrag them, it works successfully, but choosing "defrag" from the main page causes the crash.
I ran it in debug mode and have attached the log file here. Thanks for your help!

Hi there, I seem to have similar problems. I have the same configuration although in my case the program crashes when it tries to defrag "offline files". I have tried it a few times on two laptops, and both will crash while doing a full defrag with "offline files" on the disk,.. but both defrag fine when I disable "offline files". Due to work related restrictions I can not attach log files, unless it still helps you if I can replace critical project and file names with dummy names.
Defragging files and quick defrag seem to go flawless by the way.
