Registry scan locks CC during MUI Cache scan

CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Bug Reporting

I have several XP systems on a Win2003 server where CCleaner 2.30 locks up during the MUI Cache scan. Other Registry scan options complete successfully.

How can I determine what this means? The systems run AVG, Immunet, MalwareBytes and an inter-office messenging routine.
