Registry Entries Not Clearing

Hello all, I've been using CCleaner for some time now but I just recently upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate x64. For some reason there are 31 registry entries CCleaner is picking up that will not delete. I tried running CCleaner with UAC disabled and with it enabled as Administrator, neither will let me delete those 31 entries. (I can delete other entries it picks up however.)

I disabled my virus scanner and any other program that could possibly have been interfering with CCleaner that I can think of, nothings letting me delete these 31 entries. Is there any known fix for this?

When you say your ran it as administrator you did actually right click CCleaner and choose to give it admin rights?

Apparently just using an admin account isn't good enough in vista.

Not only did I right click it and give it admin rights, I also assigned it admin rights in the properties dialog.
