Registry Cleaner won't work; won't remove items.

Here is a screenshot of my laptop, of the registry items it will not remove. Help?

I don't see any screenshot.

Note:

* To properly clean the registry you need to have Admin rights.

* Some registry items you clean can come back if they're automatically created by a program that needs them.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON’T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT’S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU’LL BREAK IF YOU DON’T.
