CCleaner will not accept my registration key even if I copy & Past.

If you are copying and pasting, then the usual problem of typing the number "1" instead of the letter "I" in your licence key probably isn't the problem.

But just checking that you are putting your name and not your email address in the "name" field?

I lost the site where was the key code during the process can yo send me a email whit that Key code
