I have downloaded CCleaner and want to register/purchase online but when I click to do this nothing happens. Suggestions?
I've clicked on the PayPal button at the download page and it takes me to the payment page ($20/?20/20Euros) so I have no explanation for your problem.

CCleaner is freeware and requires no registration. Where are you downloading ccleaner from?
