Some reg tweaks that can be copy pasted to make a reg file at the link below.
Have implemented a few of these tweaks before being pointed to the site.
May or may not be worth a look and up to you if you decide to try some out.
I reckon making a system restore point, or even an ERUNT backup would be a wise thing to do first because unlike Kelly's site there isn't any undo files.
I am going to try the Copy to Folder and Move to Folder Menu, and a few others.
