How long does a refund take?? I was charged $48.86 for a yearly subscription because I forgot to cancel during last week and i requested a refund. its been around 4-5 days and still no response.
It can take over a week for support to get back to you.
Did you use the support form to raise a ticket?
If you did you should have been given a ticket number and got an acknowledgement email.
I never have gotten an acknowledgement email

I’ve raised a ticket, but didn’t receive an email acknowledgment, when I submitted the ticket only had a reference number show up, reference 23622243
