I've sent refund emails to support@ccleaner.com since october 27th and no replies. I dont know why you guys dont reply to your support emails which is weird but I wanted a refund. I left my auto renewal yearly subscription on and it was charged a month early. Can we please get this figured out?
Are you using the same email that you used when first purchasing CCleaner?
If not then you should tell them what it was in any email that you send.
They need to know that original email to easily find your account.

Can you please search your inbox for "support@ccleaner.com" and/or look in your Spam folder to see if you can find our responses?
