Hello. I would like to have a refund of ccleaner 7 that i did not want to purchase after my 60 days trial ended. Support does not reply at all and I dont have unlimited time to ask for a refund, so please do smth with your customer service.

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, then you will need to contact support.
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
