I cannot get anyone to answer my chat request for a refund looking for help
Unfortunately we are all users here and many are in the same ‘cast adrift by support’ boat.
Some people are reporting getting through, and some report getting refunds once they have got through, but getting to ‘chat’ to support at the moment seems to depend on patience. timing, and a good dose of luck.
A CCleaner employee was helping out with billing issues raised on the forum, but they haven’t been seen for a couple of weeks now.
