Refund

Hello,

I am unsure where to further go with this ask: I have contacted the support team twice through their form for a refund of a CCleaner Professional license that I payed for after forgetting to cancel my free trial, license being currently unused. I understand that I am entitled to a refund within 30 days which I’m trying to get, but I get no response from customer support.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

The same thing has been happening since the 20th; they’ve been giving me the runaround with a supposedly guaranteed refund, and I haven’t received a response in days. I’ve started gathering people for a class-action lawsuit against their terrible and secretive support. If you want to join, I have backups of the emails and conversations related to my case.
