Refund

I forgot to end my free subscription, it charged me 40€ on 23th of september. The next day I sent an email to ccleaner support asking for a refund. Now its been 10 days and still no answer, how long does it take to get an answer?

Just really want the refund…

Hi! Same problem: may anyone help me? I wrote many times but I didn’t receive any answer; payment on 2nd October, withdrawal requested on 6th October 2025. Thanks!

They changed the support system and writing/emailing no longer works:

All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service.

To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

Note that you MUST engage with the chatbot, it is currently the only way to contact support.
If you do not engage with the chat you will not get any reply.

Thanks! Already tried via contact center and chat… the last time I waited more than 1/2 hours to chat but nothing… maybe there were a lot of people connected…

Probably, there was a lot of complaints/problems when CCleaner7 first came out.

Things seem to have calmed down a bit here on the forum now, so it may be the same with the Live Chat? Maybe give it another go.

PS I tried it before the CCleaner7 launch and got the AI chatbot almost immediately, and transferred to a person in a couple of minutes when I told it twice.

Hi! I have tried again today (twice) as suggested but nothing, after half an hour the contact form chat has been automatically closed; I’ll try again…

Update: Nothing, they bounced me via automated chat to the cleverbridge refund form, which in turn bounced me to the ccleaner form, where they put me on hold for the chat again. I’ve never been able to talk to a real person. Any ideas or suggestions on how to resolve this situation are welcome.
