Refund Request within first 30 days

Hello. I have requested a refund for my cCleaner for Android 2 times now. I get a fast response from Jessica Mae & Jerome. They have offered to extend my cCleaner 6 months but when I asked to just get a refund they both ghosted me.

How are you able to get in touch with someone who can actually help. Will they still give me a refund even if I am out of the 30 days because of this run around.

Very disappointing. Any help or advise greatly appreciated.

Did you activate CCleaner for Android using a multi-device licence key, ie. as part of a CCleaner Pro Plus or CCleaner Premium subscription?

Or did you purchase CCleaner for Android from the Google Play Store?

That is important because it changes who you need to ask for any refund or cancellation.

If you are using CCleaner Pro Plus or Premium key then you contact Piriform/CCleaner Support.
If you purchased through the Play Store then it’s Google that you need to contact.

Are they at Piriform Support or at Google?

NOTE- If you purchased through the Play Store then you can only cancel that Google subscription in the Play Store:

(However as it says there just cancelling will not generate any refund, you will need to ask Google seperately if that is what you want).

I had purchased my subscription directly through cCleaner. I still have not heard anything from anyone. Very frustrating

OK, so it was CCleaner support that you had contacted and who offered an extension rather than a refund.

Sorry to bother you again with this issue. I did get a response from Jerome within the 24 hours. However, all he did was offer me the 6 month extension again. I mentioned to him I would just like the refund, then he ghosted me again. I have not heard from him in 2 days now.

I would really like a resolution to this matter. Any more further help would be greatly appreciated
