Refund Request: No response from customer service

I contacted customer service to request a full refund however I haven't received any response. Tried following the directions online however it takes me to a broken link. Please advise!

Unfortunately no, it just takes me to the "Submit a Request" site. I've already submitted 2 requests and still haven't heard back. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
