Refund Request Ignored

Hello, I have asked for a refund because of automatic billing and the 30-day policy. Sadly it looks like I am being ignored. First they offered alternatives but when I denied and asked for the refund they haven’t responded, it’s been more than 48 hours.

Anyone else having these issues? Its shameful.

Yes I am having the same problem - I had actually turned off the auto renew before the trial period finished - but they still too my money. Got the same email offering alternatives but I replied that I wanted a refund - its been a week now.
