There is a new support system recently rolled out, so I would try again using the new system. All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request. Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems strange to me, but that is what we have been told).

Hey Lawrence! I’m in a similar situation. I’ve opened 3 cases involving a refund request and its been 10 days and I have no reply. I just made this account and sent in the requests without an account. But I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel and want to take advantage of the 30 days to get a refund. Reference number I received for the email about the payment is 515044616. My Case IDs for my two recent cases (I forgot the first) are 23857171 and 23884174. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
