Refund help

Hello I’ve tried submitting a refund request and haven’t heard a response please help

We are aware that support are very busy at the moment and are taking much longer that usual to answer. (Days or even a couple of weeks).

If you did then you should have got a ticket number and automatic email reply (check your email spam folder), if you have those then you are in the queue, so please have patience and someone will get to your request.

Please also note that opening another ticket may put you back down the queue and so further delay their response. (That's just the way that the queueing system works).

I sent two requests for help with my account. The first 10 days ago, received an automatic email with a number saying that I would get a reply within 48 hours. When I didn't get this I sent another. Still no reply, so I have asked to cancel my account and get a refund, This was 4 days ago. I believed the promise that there would be a response within 48 hours, if indeed it will take weeks, plesae say so. A very bad performance, I still want to cancel my account as it is unusable. whne will I get some feedback?

As said above, assume that it may take a couple of weeks - from the last ticket that you raised because the previous tickets will probably have been folded into it.

It does warn you about not doing that in the emailed automatic reply that you get.

Whilst I believe that the webpage says "Usually" within 48 hours, we all agree that the current long waiting times are a poor situation.
