Refund for CCleaner, no correspondence from CCleaner support staff

Hello there, I have sent multiple emails requesting my refund; it was written I could do so if I forget to cancel my free trial and I have had two or so responses, one confirming that a refund will happen but they also gave me another offer, to which I refused and requested my refund. I have not heard back anything except a “Case resolved” even though I was given no confirmation of my refund happening nor have I recieved my money back.

My first email and refund request was 23/09/2025
My response from Avneet with the CCleaner Customer Care Team which said they were proceeding with the refund was 30/09/2025.
My case was apparently closed on 05/10/2025 even though I replied to the emails and have had no responses.
